WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
processing times for orders is 5-7 business days and 2-3 business days for ready to ship items
shipping days currently are tuesday + saturday
currently due to the pandemic our processing times have changed to 10-12 business days + 1-3 days for shipping!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
due to the nature of our product we do not offer returns or exchanges.

shea butter is susceptible to hot and/or warm temperatures and has a melting point of around 88-90°, the average temperature of a mailbox is about 130-140°
all products are currently non-refundable, you will receive two notifications one when the order is shipped with tracking included + one the day your order is expected to be delivered! once your order has been shipped it is important to keep an eye out for your order to ensure you are available to receive your product when it arrives
if product melts as a result of exposure to extreme temperature, resolidify by refrigerating. product softening does not change benefits to the skin.
you also have the option to pay a reprocessing fee of 50% of the price of item damaged + shipping
